Rodent Face Finder (RFF) Software
This software attempts to automatically extract video frames that are
suitable for scoring using the Mouse Grimace Scale
(MGS)
and the Rat Grimace Scale (RGS).
RFF is provided free for academic research, and comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY

Notes:
- Original release was on July 7, 2011
- The GUI was updated slightly on May 13, 2013 to allow selection of video files with additional extensions, although whether these videos will play depends on what codecs are installed (see Installation and Usage notes).
- The precompiled binaries for Macs and Windows PCs may not work on newer versions of their operating systems. It may however be possible to recompile the source code for newer versions, e.g. it compiled successfully for Windows 10 in 2019.
